Pops is all Fired Up

At the Upper Highlands Festival, Pops visited with some really nice firemen, and I got to drive a fire truck. They almost turned the hose on Pops when they heard his burning passion to improve Louisville.

Pops at the Upper Highlands Festival

There was a "whirlwind" of activity with Pops at the Upper Highlands Festival. The Festival was at Atherton High School which is where Pops and Nana met many years ago. At the Festival, I got to get on a helicopter that carries the hardworking men and women of the local Fraternal Order of Police. They endorse Pops for Mayor!

Here I am revving up the engines.

Pops Wins TV Debate

We watched Pops debate on TV tonight. I have to admit that I thought some of his opponent's answers seemed "fishy." But I was glad when my little brother got my attention to hear Pops' answer to this question.

This is the part where Pops told me that, yes, I should aim to be larger and try to retain my good quality of life.

Only Pops Can Beat a Hot Summer Day

When it comes to Louisville's next mayor, just remember...nothing is as refreshing as Pops.

Pops is a Builder

I'm learning how to be a builder, too. And just like Pops I like building 'green.'

Pops and the Portland Parade

Today Pops and I and lots of Pops' friends walked and strolled in a parade in the Portland neighborhood. Everyone we met was really nice, and several people told Pops they were going to vote for him.

Back from a Break

Although I took a break from my blog, Pops hasn't slowed down. Here I am on primary election day trying to manhandle a Pops for Mayor sign while buckled into my stroller at the intersection of Zorn and River Road. This was a "sign" of good things to come later in the day.
